Shipping Information

Most of our deliveries are sent by a 2 man courier service. Most smaller parcels will be delivered by ups or FedEx. Once dispatched you should be able to find trading information by logging into your account.

All deliveries will require a signature and will need to be thoroughly checked as no claims can for damage can be made once signed for. If no one is available to accept a delivery, your parcel will generally be returned to the local depot and delivery will be reattempted the following day.
